Whole Life Wellness is a membership clinic providing comprehensive, compassionate care with a functional approach for all ages. We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic, where for one low monthly fee, you can be seen when you want, as often as you want, for whatever you need!. We do not bill insurance, and for most things, there is little to no additional cost to you. We offer longer appointment times and access to your provider via email, phone, video, or text. Services include exams, consults, routine lab work, EKG, and many in-office procedures. Call or email us today to find out more about the benefits of the DPC model and being a member at Whole Life Wellness!
At Whole Life Wellness, we strive to provide affordable, comprehensive, integrative care. By eliminating the restrictive nature of dealing with insurance companies, we can really get to the root of your concerns, focusing on lifestyle factors, nutrition, and mental and emotional well-being. This model allows us to have fewer patients over all, so we can spend as much time as we need to address each individual wholly.
With a background in Evolutionary Medicine and Nutrition, Jennifer has always been passionate about incorporating one's nutrition, lifestyle, and psychology into her treatment plan. However, modern traditional medical practices have made it increasingly difficult to address these issues adequately in primary care. The pillars of health and wellness should be the first thing addressed when you seek care, and they are often neglected all together. Our goal at Whole life Wellness, is to bridge that gap, and make nutrition and lifestyle the forefront of our approach.
It is our mission to address each of these areas at every visit, regardless of why you are being seen! You don't have to be sick to come in and and get well, and we invite our members to come in any time, for any reason, to stay on track and prevent illness!

I have been interested in nutritional healing and wellness for over 20 years. I hold a Master of Nursing Degree; and Bachelor of Science degrees in both anthropology and biology, with an emphasis on Evolutionary Medicine. This is how I first discovered the crucial link between nutrition, physical activity, and health. After working as a Critical Care RN for 10 years, and a Family Practice provider for 8 years, I have come to appreciate the importance of lifestyle factors and psychological history in chronic disease, chronic pain, acute illness, and overall health. Nutrition, Physical Activity, Sleep, Mindfulness, and Connection are essential to treating illness and fostering wellness, but are often not considered in our current mainstream healthcare delivery model. My passion is to bridge this gap, and provide to this community what is missing in its access to healthcare. My goal is to partner with you, encourage you, educate you, get to know you, and empower you to make change, embody health, and achieve a sense of wellbeing.
When I am not working, I am an avid mountain biker, paddler, runner, dabbler, and happy mamma of one amazing little boy!
